Macedonian Ministries responds to the needy in KZN
August 2021 Updates
There has been a flood of responses from needy families who have received assistance over the past two weeks.
Without exception, sincere messages of appreciation are constantly highlighting gratitude for the generous kindness which has been shown by donors.

Ebernazer Baptist Church received 60 family parcels of fruit, vegetables and groceries for needy folk in their congregation and ministry to the poorest of poor living in Copesville informal settlement.

Escourt Community Church received groceries for their outreach to needy families in Wembezi and Zwelishsa where they are planting churches.

Pietermaritzburg Inner City Evangelical Ministries (PICEM) has identified many families, especially foreign nationals, who are desperate for help.
Macedonian Ministries has been able to partner with them to meet some of these needs.
Our five Baptist churches in Phuthaditjhaba recently received a large donation of winter woolies, jerseys, gloves, beanies and blankets.
I have been asked to thank the donors for this very kind and appropriate gift.
Covid 19, winter chills and the recent unrest in KZN continue to negatively impact the needy, especially in rural to remote regions. Over the past few days relief parcels have been delivered to the following areas of need:
Phuthaditjhaba received 780 kgs of maize meal.
Foreign nationals in PMB inner city received 250 kgs of maize meal.
Rookdale B C received 480 kgs of maize meal, 250 liters of milk and 50 beanies for needy in the congregation and foreign nationals from Lesotho.
