Delivering evangelical teaching through actions
Reasons for our existence
Macedonian Ministries’ themes are centred on Global Evangelisation, Church Planting, Church Leadership Training and Humanitarian Ministries, which can be found in the page below.
Global Evangelization
Inspired by the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28: 16-20), we believe that our entire Ministry for the growth and extension of the Eternal Kingdom of God should be established around the task of taking the Christian Gospel to the “Ends of the Earth”.

Church Planting
Following in the footsteps of the Apostle Paul, and using his model from the Book of Acts, we endeavour to plant churches wherever these do not exist within the regions to which God has called us to minister. Most of these church-planting visions commence in very ordinary settings like; under a tree or in a home of one of the community members.
Church Leadership Training
Sound Orthodox Biblical teaching is essential for the growth and maturity of newly planted churches. Regular training conferences/seminars/workshops are used for the purpose of enlightening and edifying Pastors, elders, deacons, women in leadership, youth leaders and children’s teachers in the Truth of Scripture.
Construction.
An essential part of our ministry is the construction of churches and homes for pastors. These facilities accelerate the growth and maturity of newly planted congregations.
Pastoral Theological Training.
As God calls Godly men to prepare themselves for Christian Ministry, so we endeavour to make full time, and sometimes distance learning, available to them. We have had the joy of providing resources for many candidates to graduate from Evangelical Theological schools.
Humanitarian Ministries
One of God’s great commands is to love your neighbour as you love yourself. Reaching out to those in need most importantly offers the chance to share the Salvation of Jesus Christ, but it also allows us to love those whom God calls his own.
Vulnerable Children.
All Christian Ministry should at some level focus on the needs of Children, especially those who are vulnerable. This was fundamental to Jesus’ teaching, “Let the children to come to me and do not hinder them; for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14.
Disaster Relief.
Fire and floods are the two natural disasters which most commonly affect rural and remote communities. Our rapid response unit is able to reach out to these needs by dispersing blankets, clothing, food and building materials.
Agricultural Assistance.
This is offered in the form of training by agricultural specialists and “on the ground” assistance with the preparation of lands and the provision and planting of suitable seed.
Potable Water.
Africa is the hottest continent and it shows in many of the places we visit, where the absence of surface water is normal for many communities. As a result, potable water is a rare commodity. In an age of Global Warming, green droughts are now becoming a regular feature of life for many. “Truly, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it for me.” … Jesus. Matthew 25:40
Poverty Alleviation.
Ministering in regions which range from rural to remote, means that we often come into contact with varying degrees of poverty; both among church members and in the community beyond.
Like Jesus, we have a heart for the poor and marginalised; and under God seek always to provide for those who are in need. Food, clothing, seed, and other useful commodities are regularly dispersed.
